- Personas que generalmente ganan $64,000 o menos
- Personas con discapacidades y
- Personas que tienen dominio limitado del inglés
Lo que necesita llevar:
- Identificación con foto (contribuyente y cónyuge si están casados y presentan una declaración conjunta).
- Tarjetas de Seguro Social/Carta de ITIN (para usted, su cónyuge y dependientes).
- Declaración de impuestos del año anterior.
- Fechas de Nacimiento (para usted, su cónyuge y dependientes).
- Formularios de salario y ganancias (todos los formularios W-2 y/o cualquier tipo de 1099 -1099-NEC, 1099-K, 1099-MISC, SSA-1099, 1099-R etc.)
- Total pagado de guardería (Nombre del proveedor, dirección y número de identificación fiscal (EIN), si aplica) Niñera/o (Nombre completo, SSN/ITIN, Dirección si aplica)
- Total pagado por gastos relacionados con estudios universitarios, incluida la matrícula (Formulario 1098-T)
Para las personas que reciben una forma 1099-NEC o 1099-K, eres autoempleado, contratista o tienes un pequeño negocio deberías traer los documentos mencionados anteriormente y adicionalmente lo siguiente:
- Gastos relacionados a su negocio o trabajo como materiales, suministros, maquinaria e inventario.
- Gastos relacionados a transporte. (cantidad de millas conducidas para hacer únicamente trabajo o negocio).
- Gastos relacionados a viajar por trabajo ( vuelos,hoteles, alquiler de carro, etc)
- Gastos relacionados en trabajo en casa u oficina (internet, computadora, celular, software, impresora, etc.)

File your taxes with us - The VITA Latinx program offers free tax preparation assistance in Spanish. In partnership with the IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, El Centro provides basic tax return preparation to qualified individuals, including:
- People who generally make $64,000 or less
- Persons with disabilities; and
- Limited English-speaking taxpayers
What to bring:
- Proof of identification for you and your spouse if filing jointly (driver’s license, state photo ID or other government-issued identification that includes a photo)
- Proof of Social Security or ITIN numbers (for you, your spouse, and any dependents)
- A copy of last year’s tax return
- Birth dates (for you, your spouse, and any dependents)
- Wage and earning statements (Form W-2, any form 1099 -1099-NEC, 1099-K, 1099-MISC, SSA-1099, 1099-R, etc.)
- Total paid for daycare provider and the daycare provider's tax identifying number such as their Social Security number or business Employer Identification Number.
- Total paid for expenses related to College and University study, including tuition (Form 1098-T)
For people who receive a form 1099-NEC or 1099-K, are self-employed, contractors, or operate a small business, you need to bring the documents previously mentioned, as well as:
- Expenses related to your business or job, such as materials, supplies, equipment, or inventory
- Business mileage
- Business travel expenses (flights, hotels, car rental, etc.)
- Expenses related to working from home or maintaining an office (internet, computer, cell phone plan, software, printer, etc.)
