Learn healthy postures, breathwork, and empowering mental centering to encourage bonding with your baby. Registration is encouraged.
Prenatal Meditation and Movement classes will be led by Shanda Domango Brown, founder of Domango Training. Her certifications include Oh Baby! Pre and Post Natal Movement, DotFit Nutrition, and AFAA Personal Trainer. This program is designed for pregnant people. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats. The Library has a limited number of yoga mats available for those without.
