Blair Stocker and Creativebug lead a live workshop on Chicken Scratch embroidery. This vintage technique is easy to learn and customize and is always stitched on gingham check.
In this beginner-friendly class, Blair Stocker will show you how to transform a simple piece of gingham fabric into a charming, hand-embroidered bandana using classic chicken scratch stitching. Learn her favorite tips for choosing colors, placement of the motif, and ways to change up and vary the pattern.
Blair Stocker is a modern quilter, author, and instructor based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
