A monthly 90-minute facilitated writing circle. A space for inspiration, connection, and creative accountability for Black queer, trans, and gender non-conforming writers. Masking is required.
In this low-stress, low-stakes environment, meet for 90-minutes once a month to write, connect, share, and gain support and community while developing a writing practice or project. Masking is required unless a negative COVID test is presented. The REACH Center can provide masks to those without.
Black the Creator (they/them) is a queer Afro-Indigenous artist, creative coach, and therapeutic arts facilitator. Black's transdisciplinary creative/healing practice is a weaving of artistry, advocacy, and ancestral veneration that dances at the cross-roads of language, sound, movement, and attunement.
