This survey is part of a research study conducted by Tulane University. Take a short survey about your experiences with food assistance (D-SNAP and/or free food aid) after disasters.
The survey takes about 15 - 20 minutes to complete. Compensation may be provided. To be eligible, you must be 18 or older, live in Orleans Parish, and have previously received D-SNAP or free food aid from a meal distribution site in New Orleans after a disaster (e.g., hurricane, tornado, flash flood).

Norman Mayer Library is named for New Orleans businessman and one of the original Tulane College of Commerce and Business guarantors, Norman Mayer. After his passing, his wife donated money to the New Orleans Public Library to have the Library opened. Doors opened in 1949, and the Library has been serving the Gentilly area since.
