The Information, Technology and Innovation (ITI) department provides internet instruction on basic skills for job seeking, connecting with friends and family, improving job performance, and more.
The New Orleans Public Library and the Information, Technology and Innovation department are in partnership to provide this digital skills series. This course lays the foundation for the city's "Word I - Basic" and "Excel I - Basic" programs, setting you up for further digital success.
