Read, sing, talk, write, and play together in a format designed for children from birth to 5 years old and their caregivers.
In partnership with Tulane University's School of Liberal Arts, students in the American Sign Language Studies Program will interpret books and songs into sign language as part of their service-learning project.

Norman Mayer Library is named for New Orleans businessman and one of the original Tulane College of Commerce and Business guarantors, Norman Mayer. After his passing, his wife donated money to the New Orleans Public Library to have the Library opened. Doors opened in 1949, and the Library has been serving the Gentilly area since.
