Learn to sew a tote bag with instructors from ricRack. Beginners welcome.
Join instructors from ricRack, a local upcycling and fabric sustainability nonprofit, for a single-session sewing class perfect for beginners or those who want to brush up on their sewing skills. The class will cover the basics of machine sewing while guiding you through the process of sewing your own tote bag to bring home. Sewing machines will be available for your use and fabric and supplies will be provided by ricRack.
Registration is strongly recommended as sewing machines are limited.

The Main Library, located in the Central Business District, opened in December 1958. The building, encompassing three main floors and two sub-basements, is the Library's flagship location, providing the system's largest collection of popular and research sources.
The Main Library offers a wide collection of books, music, and movies, and hosts many programs for children, teens, and adults.
