Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month Celebration Field Trip

1st Floor Stage and Performance SpaceIn celebration of Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month, Spanish language classes from New Orleans are invited to attend an interactive cultural and educational field trip.
Enjoy a live performance by Cristina Kaminis quartet followed by highlights of Spanish language offerings from the Library. Cristina Kaminis is a Mexican singer with a mix of Brazilian, original, and Latin style.
The program will be bilingual in Spanish and English.
If you're a 5th - 10th grade Spanish language class in New Orleans and would like to attend, please email awander@nolalibrary.org by Monday, September 21 or until spots are filled.

Main Library
The Main Library, located in the Central Business District, opened in December 1958. The building, encompassing three main floors and two sub-basements, is the Library's flagship location, providing the system's largest collection of popular and research sources.
The Main Library offers a wide collection of books, music, and movies, and hosts many programs for children, teens, and adults.
