Learn about the history of graffiti and the importance and rise of street art from NOLA Library artist in residence Lionel Milton. Create a colorful, honest, and whimsical bubble letter image of your name.
Adults of all skill levels welcome. Registration is recommended. Walk-ins are welcome for any remaining space.

Mid-City Library
In 2016, Mid-City Library relocated to The Automotive Life Insurance Company Building. Built in 1963, this mid-century modern gem was designed by Curtis & Davis Architects, who are also known for designing the Superdome and the Main Library on Loyola Ave. In 2010, the building was recognized as a historic landmark by the New Orleans Historic District Landmarks Commission.
