Welcome to an Open House at the City Archives & Special Collections. Discover our new exhibit: Celebrating 75 Years of the City Archives at the New Orleans Public Library.
Stop by between 11am and 3pm to experience this new exhibit, which features nine city agencies who have materials in the City Archives.
The first floor exhibit space includes a small collection from each of these agencies. The third floor exhibit space will highlight one agency at a time in a larger exhibit. This exhibit will rotate to eventually highlight all nine agencies.
Further materials from the featured agencies will be on display in the research area. Archives staff will be available to answer questions about the exhibits and the City Archives & Special Collections in general.
