Celebrate the release of our third anthology! "Renewed" is a collection of work from finalists in our 2025 Summer Fun Adult Writing Contest. There will be readings, refreshments, and music.

The New Orleans Public Library celebrates the publication of our third volume of Renewed: A New Orleans Public Library Anthology. As an annual publication showcasing the talents of New Orleans writers, Renewed will help us preserve and celebrate the rich and diverse culture of our city.

Writers were asked to write on the theme Harmony, and interpret the theme any way they liked - from musical compositions, to the rhythms of the nature work, to anywhere separate components converge into something new, or even harmonies falling out of tune.

Giveaway copies of the book will be available while supplies last. One per person. You must be present to get one.
