Meet the soldiers and horses of the Ninth and Tenth (Horse) Cavalry Association outside the Library.
This nonprofit military unit is dedicated to celebrating and preserving the history, legacy, and traditions of the Buffalo Soldiers, African Americans who served in the U.S. Cavalry.
This program is open to children and families. It takes place outside East New Orleans Regional Library.
