Enjoy a 30-minute mid-day yoga class with the staff of The Ohm Well. Space is limited; workshop is open to the first 10 attendees.
Valerie is the Director of The Ohm Well and has been teaching yoga and Reiki for over 5 years. She is dedicated to creating a sacred space for all of her students on and off the mat. Her classes are a combination of poetic sequences and infectious rhythms designed to ignite the fire within each of us. Valerie’s classes are accessible to everybody and she promotes inclusivity and body positivity. The Ohm Well staff will provide a 30 minute yoga session designed for all levels to relax during the day.

The Main Library, located in the Central Business District, opened in December 1958. The building, encompassing three main floors and two sub-basements, is the Library's flagship location, providing the system's largest collection of popular and research sources.
The Main Library offers a wide collection of books, music, and movies, and hosts many programs for children, teens, and adults.
