The Institute of Women & Ethnic Studies workshop focuses on healing for self-identifying girls with experiences of trauma through dance, yoga, and discussions. For ages 11 - 18.
The workshop will provide girls with experiences of trauma a safe space and opportunity to dive deeper into discussion and activities that promote healing from past trauma and improve their ability to function positively in making decisions related to their physical and emotional health.
Topics include the following:
Snacks provided. All participants will receive a stipend.
