Vietnamese Bánh Canh Cua Noodle and Soup Making Workshop
With 50th Anniversary Fall of Saigon Commemoration

Meeting RoomSpend the afternoon with Chef Nhat and learn to make Bánh Canh Cua (Vietnamese thick noodles (Udon) with ham hock and crab meat). An event for kids and families.
The program will start with noodle making and finish with lunch. Program will take place in kitchen and meeting room.
Registration is required and is open to children ages 6 - 12 and their families. Please register each child separately.
In collaboration with Journey of Resilience: 50 Years of Vietnamese Americans in Louisiana. Sponsored by the Friends of the New Orleans Public Library.
