Learn new stitches while embroidering a fun design. All supplies will be provided. Registration is recommended as embroidery kits are limited. Walk-ins are welcome for any remaining space.
With the help of an in-person instructor and a video tutorial from Creativebug, learn various embroidery stitches needed to complete a project. Participants will receive an embroidery kit that includes a 6" embroidery hoop, fabric, thread, and a needle. Get started learning all the stitches with us, and finish the project at home.

In 2016, Mid-City Library relocated to The Automotive Life Insurance Company Building. Built in 1963, this mid-century modern gem was designed by Curtis & Davis Architects, who are also known for designing the Superdome and the Main Library on Loyola Ave. In 2010, the building was recognized as a historic landmark by the New Orleans Historic District Landmarks Commission.
