Do you identify as a BIPOC teen reader of Manga? Do you want to talk about Manga? If so you may qualify to participate in a research study.
This study looks to understand why members of the BIPOC community read Manga, the genres you like, and the emotional connections you have to the medium. This study is conducted under the direction of Dr. Joe Sanchez - City University of New York. For more information, visit mangainlibraries.com/imls/
To qualify you must be a member of the BIPOC community, be ages 13-18, be a reader of manga, and have a signed parental permission form for day of study.
Teen participants will be compensated with $40.
Registration is required.
