Presented by Lisa Ardis-Hendrix, this workshop will cover the importance of homeownership. Take a deeper dive into concepts like the following:
- Key terms regarding mortgages
- How credit impacts mortgage
- Understanding debt-to-income ratios
- Budgeting/savings as it relates to homeownership
- Understanding the mortgage process
Activities Included: What is my debt-to-income ratio (DTI)?
Learning Objectives: Begin to establish a homeownership toolkit, including key terms and best practices for the mortgage/homeownership process.
