Experiment, create, and craft at this hands-on STEM event for children ages 6 – 12. Explore the gardens at Latter Library, identifying and learning about local plants along the way.
STEM programming focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) and sometimes Art (STEAM). STEM and STEAM programming combine learning and fun, helping kids develop critical thinking skills while exploring their creativity.

Milton H. Latter Memorial Library is located on St. Charles Avenue. The 1907 neo-Italianate mansion was generously donated to the city by the Latter family to serve as a library in memory of their son. Today the branch offers programs for all ages as well as reading rooms, computers, printers, and wi-fi.
