The Information, Technology and Innovation (ITI) department provides internet instruction on basic skills for job seeking, connecting with friends and family, improving job performance, and more.
The New Orleans Public Library and the Information, Technology and Innovation department are in partnership to provide this digital skills series. This course lays the foundation for the city's "Word I - Basic" and "Excel I - Basic" programs, setting you up for further digital success.

The elevators can be found directly across the entry way
Select the down button for an elevator ride and when you enter the elevator, please press "B" for Basement
The elevator will stop on B, one floor below the main lobby
Room BE15 is directly across the hall and it can be seen from the elevator area.
The room should be open, however, if it is not yet open then you may need to wait a moment for the instructor to arrive.
