Explore and try out technology from the Best Buy Teen Tech Center.
The Best Buy Teen Tech Center (BBTTC) is a free drop-in space at the Main Library where teens can have fun and develop skills, exploring their interests through hands-on, project-based learning. This summer, we’re bringing the BBTTC to you, including an iPad with Procreate for digital design, and Scratch to learn the fundamentals of programming on the go. We'll also have a VR headset and a Dato Synth for musical collaboration.

Norman Mayer Library is named for New Orleans businessman and one of the original Tulane College of Commerce and Business guarantors, Norman Mayer. After his passing, his wife donated money to the New Orleans Public Library to have the Library opened. Doors opened in 1949, and the Library has been serving the Gentilly area since.
